These Terms and Conditions governs the use of the Services rendered by earthgemslab.com to the Client in respect of all Articles delivered by the Client to earthgemslab.com.
This report is issued by Earth Gems Testing Laboratory and accepted by the client on the following terms and conditions.
All testing will be done at owner's risk.
A gemstone can be Treated, Modified & Re-cut to enhance its color and clarity at any time, Therefor the conclusion of this report reflect the finding at the time it is issued.
This report is issued to the client on his accepting the terms and condition of the Earth Gems Testing Laboratory as they approved in the letter submitted to the laboratory by the client.
This certificate does not indicate whether the stone has been Treated or not to its present color by any progress whatsoever. Unless otherwise specified.
Test which are not applicable or useful in identification are not performed.
Earth Gems Testing Laboratory research gems carefully with specialized Instruments and prepared this report to the best of It's knowledge and professional standards.
This certificate is not for valuation or pertain to the quality of the stone or cutting. It is only an identification report.
It may be noted that opinions may reasonably very as to the characteristics covered in this report & therefor, neither nor any member of it's staff shall, at any time be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from application or other testing methods.
In the event of any claim by the client or any other person for damage to the gem, or damage resulting directly or indirectly, from this report the liability of Earth Gems Testing Laboratory shell be limited to the amount it receives as a fee in connection with this report.
This report is provided upon the request of client and/or the owner of the Gem & also by agreeing to the terms & conditions of the Earth Gems Testing Laboratory related to the certification. By marking this report, Laboratory does not agree to purchase or replace the Gem. Neither the client nor the purchaser of the gem shall regard this report as a document of valuation not as a guaranty or warranty.
Earth Gems Testing Laboratory on no account responsible for possible dissimilarities and/or difference that could appear from repeated examinations or as the result of other methods applied or the possible Inaccuracy due to the technical/mechanical defects/errors of the instruments/ equipment used.
Any dispute arising out of this report falls within the judicial of law courts of Surat(Gujarat) only.
Owners are requested to check their goods before leaving the counter/Laboratory.
